Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join a market-leading turf and amenity business. The role focuses on content creation, events, and marketing execution across digital channels to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

You will coordinate campaigns, support sales teams, and work with internal and external partners to deliver local and international marketing initiatives. Full-time role in Henstridge.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field (e.g. CIM, diploma, certificate), or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and events.
• Well organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, can-do mindset with a willingness to support a broad range of marketing activity.
• Able to attend/travel to events, trade shows and marketing meetings.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing content across digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and CRM platforms.
• Develop engaging marketing materials, including copy, graphics, video content, and campaign communications.
• Maintain content calendars and support planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and deliver events, exhibitions, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
• Provide marketing support to sales teams through the creation of collateral, campaign coordination, product communications, and distributor marketing initiatives.
• Support product launches and brand marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards across all channels.
• Manage marketing assets, promotional materials, supplier relationships, and operational processes to ensure the effective delivery of marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and global marketing teams to align and execute local and international marketing strategies.
• Support website updates, SEO initiatives, and the use of digital and AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and campaign performance.
• Ensure all marketing activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with business objectives and brand guidelines.
