nineteen47 Ltd. in Sheffield is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to raise our profile and support growth.

As the first dedicated marketing role, you will own content, digital marketing, events and business development, shaping our approach and making the role your own. Based in Sheffield with hybrid optionality, you will coordinate campaigns, manage the website, social channels and email marketing, and craft materials for bids and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating client or business events.
• Excellent organisation, project management and communication skills.
• Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using website, CRM or email marketing tools and analytics, and managing budgets or external suppliers.
• Proactive, creative and commercially aware mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent brand and tone of voice, coordinating external designers, photographers or other suppliers where required.
• Develop and coordinate the marketing plan, translating business priorities into clear campaigns, content and activity across the year.
• Manage our website, social media and email marketing, creating and scheduling engaging content that showcases our projects, people, expertise and culture.
• Work with colleagues across all offices to identify news, project stories and sector insight, shaping these into case studies, awards entries, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Plan and deliver client events, networking, sponsorships and industry activity, managing venues, suppliers, invitations, budgets, promotion and follow-up.
• Support bids, proposals and business development activity with well‑written, on‑brand materials and timely coordination.
• Monitor marketing performance and engagement, using analytics, digital tools and AI to improve activity and help the business understand what is working.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to raise the profile of nineteen47 and support our growth. What we're looking for

Experience in professional services, consultancy, planning, property or the built environment would be helpful, but is not essential.

Location and working pattern

The role is based in our Sheffield office, with the option to work from home two days a week when work commitments allow. You will also be required to visit our Nottingham and York offices on occasion as required.
