Job summary

Live Innovative Solutions (LIS) is seeking a Marketing Manager to support growth and raise the company profile. The role involves working with sales, project management, and client-facing marketing communications to drive campaigns and branding.

The candidate should have marketing planning experience, hands-on content creation, and the ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, events, and CRM initiatives; success depends on organization and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising/sales/business desirable but not essential.
• Demonstrable experience of 2+ years in a similar previous role.
• Excellent skills in graphic design software packages such as InDesign, PhotoShop, Figma, Canva etc.
• Dynamic, confident, creative and self-motivated.
• Good planning, organisational, monitoring and reviewing skills (understanding of competitor analysis).
• Understand marketing processes with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Strong communicative personality; customer focused and friendly.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for technology.
• Open to a career in cabling and network infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concept creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Work with internal sales and project engineers to visit client sites and produce marketing content.
• Implementation of our eMarketing, event management and social media promotions.
• Design and implementation of our online marketing portfolios and branding guidelines.
• Support sales growth with successful marketing campaign management and reporting.
• Assist the sales team in the planning, organisation and attendance of company events for customers, consultants and supply chain.

Live Innovative Solutions (LIS) was formed in 2017 and has become a dynamic and hard-working team with an excellent reputation for cabling infrastructure installation projects, becoming a trusted cabling, AV and IT technology provider. LIS are looking for a Marketing Manager to support projected growth and enhance our wider company profile. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and project management teams as well as client-facing marketing communications. The role requires strong organisational and project management skills alongside a customer focused approach to marketing activities and campaigns, including the responsibility of our online marketing, commercial promotions, client insights, branding, CRM management and commercial objectives.

The Candidate

LIS is looking for an individual ready for the next step in their career – enterprising, creating, communicative and results driven. The role requires a committed individual that is engaging and has experience in marketing planning, including knowledge of marketing communications across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will have the full support of our senior management team for technical and commercial input and guidance.

Job Specifics

• Employment type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 hrs (with flexibility for key events and launches)
• Location: LIS HQ 22B Leathermarket St, London SE1 3HP / Aylesford (Kent) Offices
• External events and agreed client visit expenditure paid
