Pawprint Family in Lichfield is recruiting a Marketing & Content Assistant to join our small, friendly team through a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship. The role is based in-office at Elmhurst Business Park and offers hands-on experience across social media, content creation and digital campaigns.

You’ll help plan posts, film content, update the website and support product launches, while learning marketing strategy and analytics.

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing, social media and content creation.
• Familiar with platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable creating photo/video content and working in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Create short-form video content such as Reels or TikToks.
• Support photography, video, graphics and behind-the-scenes content.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual style across channels.
• Assist with campaigns, product launches and content calendars.
• Update emails, website content and product pages.
• Monitor analytics and report on performance.
• Collaborate with product, design and sales teams.
