Job summary

Aldingbourne Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

This fixed-term 21-month apprenticeship combines college study with practical work: 1 day a week at college and 4 days in the office, helping plan, deliver, and evaluate marketing activities across social media, email, events, PR, and content creation.

Responsibilities

Are you creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn? We're looking for a motivated Marketing Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop valuable skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and earn while you learn.

What you'll do:

• Support the planning and delivery and evaluation of marketing activities that help raise awareness of Aldingbourne Trust's work and impact.
• Gain experience across a wide range of marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, events, public relations, and content creation.
• Work closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will contribute to campaigns that engage supporters, visitors, donors, partners, and the wider community.
• Develop valuable skills in research, digital marketing, communications, and campaign analysis
• Attend college 1 day a week to complete a Marketing apprenticeship.

What we're looking for:

• This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised and enthusiastic

This is a fixed term contract for the duration of 21 months, 18 months learning and 3 months EPA.

This is a Level 3 apprenticeship.

The hourly rate will be revised after 12 months in line with national minimum wage.
