Job summary

Creative Alliance is recruiting a Content Creation & Marketing Assistant for its Harlow office in England, UK. This paid apprenticeship role offers hands-on content creation, social media management and campaign support with dedicated coaching and progression opportunities.

The apprenticeship spans 15 months, with a minimum of 30 hours per week, delivering a Level 3 Content Creator qualification plus analytics certifications. Training occurs on-the-job with support from industry-expert coaches.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English required.
• Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship training provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content at sessions and activities.
• Edit and produce short-form video and imagery for social media.
• Write engaging copy for social posts, newsletters and website updates.
• Plan and deliver seasonal marketing campaigns and launches.
• Schedule and publish content across social channels.
