About the Role
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Officer to join our team and help showcase the incredible work happening at Outward. This varied role offers an exciting opportunity to combine storytelling, digital media, fundraising and stakeholder engagement. You'll work across departments to deliver compelling campaigns, manage digital content, and contribute to fundraising efforts, particularly for Nutley Edge, our holiday and respite centre for adults with disabilities.
You don't need to have come from a traditional marketing background, if you have relevant skills, a keen eye for content, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. This role would suit someone early in their marketing career who's eager to grow in a supportive, values-driven organisation.
