Overseeing Event campaigns for global Tech and Agency clients (Adobe, SAP, Google, AWS, and tier 1 agencies!)

The Role

As a Marketing Communication Executive, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This involves managing client relationships, developing account and campaign plans, and delivering Event marketing solutions that meet and surpass scope and expectations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of B2B marketing campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as the main contact.
  • Lead client meetings and calls to review progress, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
  • Address client needs and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Understand client businesses, industries, and objectives to inform campaigns and provide guidance.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, campaign performance, and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Client Lead and Strategy Director to develop tailored strategies and deliverables.
  • Oversee execution of marketing and business development activities, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide innovative solutions.
  • Prepare presentations, decks, and reports for meetings.
  • Coordinate internal teams working on accounts, fostering collaboration.
  • Manage internal resources effectively to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Events, or related field preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in a B2B marketing agency.
  • Experience in Events; occasional travel may be required.
