The Role

As a Marketing Communications Executive, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This involves managing client relationships, developing account and campaign plans, and delivering event marketing solutions that meet and surpass the scope of work. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of B2B marketing campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as the main contact.
  • Lead client meetings and calls to review timelines, progress, and gather feedback.
  • Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Understand client businesses, industries, and objectives to guide campaigns.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, campaign performance, and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Client Lead and Strategy Director to develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate internal teams working on your accounts, fostering collaboration.
  • Manage internal resources effectively to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Events, or a related field preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in account management within a B2B marketing agency.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and events.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a B2B marketing agency.
