About The Role

As the Marketing and Communications Executive for GSF Car Parts, you will support our marketing initiatives and communications activities from concept to delivery. Our team handles internal communications, engagement surveys, consumer advertising, and national promotions.

Our communications team finds and shares stories of best practices and achievements to motivate our teams and customers. You will support product teams, drive operational compliance, and help create an engaging employer brand. Your responsibilities include planning, copy-writing, communicating, and delivering marketing campaigns, as well as supporting key projects and initiatives.

We offer a hybrid working model to promote flexibility.

Main Duties:
  • Support marketing promotions by updating branches, generating reports, and coordinating distribution of rewards and collateral.
  • Assist in planning the marketing calendar and share ideas to boost sales.
  • Analyze sales data and produce reports.
  • Coordinate events such as technical evenings, exhibitions, training, and conferences.
  • Manage activities with external agencies like designers and printers.
  • Support regions, branches, and sales teams with marketing materials.
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing projects.
  • Create and manage multi-channel communications to share information, ensure compliance, and promote engagement.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to share stories and achievements.
  • Write and edit news content on various topics.
  • Create digital content including videos, audio, and photography.
  • Manage content for digital channels, including social media.
  • Develop PR activities by staying updated on industry news.
  • Use internal communication to improve operational compliance and efficiency.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and values.
  • Support campaigns like intranet launches, staff surveys, and internal events.
  • Devise creative messaging strategies to increase engagement and community feeling.
  • Help strengthen the connection between the branch network and support functions.
