They’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to play a vital role in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing and communications strategies that promote the brand, products, services and events — driving engagement, attracting new members and supporting commercial growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with the Director of Communications to formulate and implement multi-channel marketing and communications plans
• Creating engaging content across websites, social media, email marketing and other digital platforms
• Designing and delivering marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and commercial activity
• Monitoring and analysing marketing performance, reporting on ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Managing and optimising social media presence, engaging with followers and building community
• Supporting the production and design of the organisation’s quarterly member magazine
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, members, corporate partners and suppliers
• Collaborating across the business to ensure marketing efforts support wider objectives

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience creating content across multiple formats — social media, email, video, blogs etc.
• HubSpot experience is essential
• Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp; Adobe Creative Suite and Canva desirable
• Good understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, social media and campaign management
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and prioritise effectively
