Qualifications

• Content creation across formats: social media, email, blogs, video.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• HubSpot experience is essential.
• Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp; Adobe Creative Suite and Canva desirable.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing and communications plans with the Director.
• Create engaging content across websites, social media, email and other digital platforms.
• Design and deliver campaigns to drive brand awareness and commercial activity.
• Monitor marketing performance and report ROI.
• Manage social media presence and community engagement.
• Support production of quarterly member magazine.
• Collaborate with internal teams, members, partners and suppliers.
• Align marketing with wider organisational objectives.
