Anglian is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support activity across Anglian, Safestyle and Everest. The role spans internal communications, customer photography, content creation and campaign support within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll coordinate projects, manage content across multiple brands, and work with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver campaigns and materials. Hybrid working and opportunities for career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, content coordination or similar
• Strong written English and copywriting skills
• Excellent organisational and project-coordination abilities
• Ability to work with customers, suppliers and stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and maintaining trackers
• Experience with content management systems or intranets is advantageous

Marketing Communications Coordinator

Are you organised, creative and great at keeping multiple projects moving?

We're looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team and support marketing activity across three well-known brands: Anglian, Safestyle and Everest.

This is a varied role where no two days will look quite the same. You'll coordinate everything from internal communications and customer photography to competitor research, marketing materials and customer-generated content. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within marketing communications and gain exposure to multiple brands, channels and campaigns.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting, editing and publishing engaging internal and campaign communications
• Coordinating customer photography, testimonials and content across our brands
• Working with photographers, suppliers, customers and internal teams to deliver projects
• Supporting campaigns, product launches, sponsorships and marketing initiatives
• Monitoring competitor campaigns, promotions and market activity
• Coordinating print, marketing materials and supplier orders
• Managing customer-generated content and related enquiries
• Maintaining accurate trackers, records, permissions and marketing assets
• Taking ownership of smaller marketing projects from brief through to delivery
• Identifying ways to improve our communications and processes

What we're looking for

You'll be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organised when priorities change.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, content coordination or a similar role
• Strong written English and copywriting skills
• Excellent organisational and project-coordination abilities
• Confidence working with customers, suppliers and stakeholders
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
• Experience managing trackers and maintaining accurate records
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience with SharePoint, Canva, intranet or content-management systems would be an advantage.
