We're a Microsoft-first marketing agency delivering exceptional work across the Microsoft ecosystem for everybody, from Microsoft to its distributors, its partner community, and some ace organisations within it.
We’re making waves throughout the channel, providing a real catalyst for the sort of change that Microsoft partners need. And we’re only just getting started.
You’ll be joining us at an exciting point in our journey as we deliver on our three promises: to support partner growth, to improve partner capability, and to make partner marketing accessible.
This role is pivotal to supporting our clients digitally, with an emphasis on campaigns and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for designing and managing campaigns across a breadth of marketing tactics, including email, direct mail, PPC & paid social, SEO, web and ABM.
With support from the wider agency, you’ll be given opportunities to not only contribute to and lead on client projects but also develop new skills and experiences.
We’re all about bringing a more intentional approach to marketing for Microsoft channel businesses, and with a name like Resultful, you’ll understand that we’re a results-focused business.

That experience extends beyond being a Microsoft 365 user; instead, we need you to have a good understanding of the wider tech stack, from modern work to Azure, Dynamics, Copilot, and everything in between.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
