Job summary

Butler Rose is recruiting a Marketing Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) to drive content and campaigns across digital channels. You will own a varied workload, strengthen brand visibility, and improve customer engagement while collaborating with the wider team.

The role offers a collaborative environment with scope for a permanent position at the end of the fixed-term contract. You will manage campaigns, assets, emails, and analytics to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Plan marketing content and write compelling copy for campaigns (concept to completion).
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS for website content updates.
• Manage professional social channels, especially LinkedIn, with engaging content.
• Produce polished materials using Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Experience with email campaigns and CRM systems.
• Interpret digital data with GA4, Google Search Console or Semrush.
• Photograph and edit images for marketing use.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detailed and organised.
• Commercial mindset and ability to work independently to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing schedule and campaigns aligned to commercial priorities.
• Keep website content fresh; create articles and optimise landing pages.
• Oversee LinkedIn and social content; support new business opportunities.
• Create marketing assets for online and offline use reflecting brand standards.
• Develop and distribute email campaigns and newsletters to maintain engagement.
• Capture and edit photography for multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce regular reports with improvement ideas.
• Provide cross-team support on marketing projects as priorities evolve.
