Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading global B2B technology business to recruit a Customer Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.

You will develop and deliver customer marketing campaigns to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, boost customer engagement and generate incremental revenue across the existing base, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution, marketing operations and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Customer Marketing in a B2B technology, SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Proven experience developing and delivering campaigns designed to drive cross-sell, upsell and revenue growth.
• Strong Salesforce experience, with a solid understanding of marketing operations, campaign management and customer data.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, particularly Customer Success and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Customer Marketing Strategy: Partner with Customer Success leadership to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns that support customer retention, cross-sell and upsell objectives.
• Campaign Development & Execution: Build, launch and optimise multi-channel customer marketing campaigns to drive engagement, product adoption and revenue growth.
• Marketing Operations: Manage campaign operations, workflows and execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and accurately.
• Salesforce & Data: Use Salesforce and customer data to segment audiences, identify commercial opportunities, track campaign performance and measure ROI.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Customer Success, Sales and wider Marketing teams to align campaign activity with business priorities.
• Performance & Optimisation: Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics and use insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
• Customer Engagement: Develop relevant, targeted communications that strengthen customer relationships and maximise the value of the existing customer base.
