Confidential in Glasgow is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will lead content creation, PR activity and cross-channel communications to strengthen brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

You'll work with senior stakeholders across the business, craft compelling stories and help shape strategic communications for a professional services firm renowned for excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in marketing, communications, PR or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling ability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating content across a variety of platforms and audiences.
• A data-led approach with the ability to interpret performance insights.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a B2B or professional services environment is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns and internal communications.
• Develop engaging stories to support business priorities and strengthen brand visibility.
• Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Support content planning and execution across multiple channels.
• Assist with the development and delivery of PR campaigns and media materials.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the organisation's profile through media activity.
• Analyse campaign and content performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to uncover stories and support broader marketing initiatives.
