Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive in Chesterfield to own and shape marketing campaigns while driving proactive new business development. The role blends creative marketing with hands-on growth initiatives and requires building relationships with prospective B2B customers.

You will deliver campaigns across digital channels, create compelling content, and support revenue growth by generating qualified leads and collaborating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, content creation or business development.
• Confident and commercially driven with outbound calling and opportunity generation.
• Proactive, organized and self-motivated with ownership and results.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage new prospects through outbound calling and targeted lead generation.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective B2B customers.
• Develop and deliver marketing strategy across digital, email, social media and SEO.
• Create engaging website content, sales literature, product information and imagery.
• Manage and update the company e-commerce platform and marketing databases.
• Plan and execute email campaigns, social media activity and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions and company events.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain consistent branding and manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies.
