Job summary

Horizon Care Ltd in Garforth (Leeds) is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the organisation's marketing, brand and communications strategy across multiple sites. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to raise awareness, drive referrals and occupancy, and strengthen the employer brand.

You will develop and implement Horizon's EVP and recruitment campaigns, shaping an insight-led marketing function that supports growth, talent attraction and service development.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level marketing experience, ideally in a multi-site or complex organisation.
• Experience leading and developing a marketing team.
• Strong experience in brand management, employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Experience developing EVPs and attraction campaigns.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, websites, content and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Horizon's organisation-wide marketing, brand and communications strategy.
• Lead the evolution of the Horizon brand and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop annual marketing plans, budgets and KPIs with measurable ROI.
• Lead Employer Brand and EVP campaigns to attract the right people.
• Create campaigns that support growth, referrals and occupancy.
• Build Horizon's profile through thought leadership, case studies and sector communications.
• Oversee digital marketing strategy including social media, website and content.
