Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and/or business development (≈2 years).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong research, project management and time-management skills.
• Confident working independently and with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with events and external suppliers would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage professional directory submissions and rankings processes.
• Support business development, client relationships and targeting initiatives.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Create pitches, proposals and other BD materials.
• Support client and referrer events and meetings.
• Coordinate and maintain CRM activity, data and processes.
• Contribute to wider marketing and profile-raising initiatives.
