Goodman Masson is partnering with a London-based investment management firm to recruit a Marketing Assistant on an initial 6-month contract with a clear path to permanency. The role blends marketing administration with executive diary support and hands-on CMS website management.

The ideal candidate is a junior marketing professional or experienced administrator in financial services, detail-oriented with strong communication and organisational skills, and comfortable handling confidential

Formación

• Minimum of 2 A-Levels; degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services or professional services is advantageous.
• Strong written communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and audit core marketing logs including events, awards, financial promotions and collateral templates.
• Oversee team expenses, corporate card administration and collateral/merchandise orders.
• Produce regular reporting and analytics on marketing performance and team outputs.
• Provide diary management support to the CMO.
• Manage the main marketing inbox for timely responses.
• Coordinate corporate photoshoots, events and internal emails.
• Update website content via CMS, including biographies, vacancies and docs.
• Monitor website performance and assist SEO optimisation strategies.
