Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team in Maidenhead on a hybrid basis (4 days in-office). This full-time, initial 12-month contract role pays £35,000 per annum and focuses on supporting brand strategy and activation initiatives across the marketing mix.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and cross-functional teams to drive campaigns, manage promotional materials and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related discipline, or equivalent experience through apprenticeship.
• Experience in marketing, brand, commercial or customer-facing role; pharma/healthcare or FMCG preferred.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support brand leads in the execution of the brand strategy and tactical plan to meet KPIs.
• Deliver activation initiatives across the marketing mix, including leading NPI projects and creative development.
• Design, deliver and analyse the media plan for offline and online channels.
• Track market performance and provide insights to influence business strategy.
• Collaborate with field sales, medical, regulatory and supply teams to execute initiatives.
• Review and approval of promotional materials through internal systems (e.g., Veeva Vault).
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies and regulations.
