Job summary

Cornwall Insight is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support email marketing, video and content creation, social media, webinars, podcasts, paid media and events. This is a broad role designed to build well‑rounded experience across demand generation, marketing operations and brand content.

Working with the Head of Demand Generation, you will help deliver Sales Ready Leads and ensure campaigns run smoothly, on time and to a high standard across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in email marketing, ideally Pardot or similar.
• Basic video and graphic editing skills.
• Experience posting content on social media for a business audience.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms and podcast workflows.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and deadlines.
• Degree in marketing, communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, build and execution of email campaigns in Pardot.
• Create and edit video and graphic content for campaigns.
• Schedule social media posts and manage content calendar.
• Handle webinars via ON24 and post-event follow-up.
• Support podcast production from planning to publishing.
• Coordinate with agencies for SEM and paid social activity.
• Assist with events logistics, promotion and on-day support.
• Produce regular campaign performance reports for the team.
