Job summary

Headliners Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Executive in Oxfordshire to join a dynamic marketing team on a permanent basis. The role covers digital content, email campaigns, PR, social media, branding and events, offering a hands-on position with broad responsibilities.

You will create engaging content, support CRM-driven campaigns and help maintain brand consistency across channels. Opportunities for professional development and a busy events calendar are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing or marketing communications role.
• Strong writing, proofreading and organisational skills.
• An understanding of digital marketing, social media and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Zoho, and content management tools.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging marketing content, blogs, newsletters and press releases.
• Supporting email campaigns, CRM activity and lead-nurturing journeys.
• Managing social media content and monitoring campaign performance.
• Maintaining brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.
• Supporting video production, exhibitions, events and open days.
• Researching market trends and identifying opportunities to improve engagement.
