Responsibilities

• Assist Client Experience initiatives and monitor feedback platforms.
• Help with Events: venues, bookings, logistics, RSVPs and on-day delivery.
• Support Systems & Data: data cleansing, CRM tasks and reporting.
• Contribute to Communications: campaigns, blog outlines and internal newsletter.
• Maintain marketing calendars and update intranet pages.
