We are on the search for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our EMEA Marketing Team.

About the role

As an integral member of the EMEA marketing team, the Marketing Assistant reports directly to the Head of Marketing, EMEA. The Marketing Assistant works closely with all business functions, becoming a respected and well-integrated member of our growing CTM family.

The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in various tasks, including lead generation, brand awareness campaigns, and day-to-day marketing activities across all local business lines: CTM, CTM Meetings & Events, and CTM Sport. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, eager to learn, and looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Core Skills:

Being a small hands-on team, the CTM Marketing function requires a cohesive team that can work swiftly and efficiently to deliver high-quality work and output. The ideal candidate would have equal fulfilment of both hard and soft skills.

  1. Experience in a marketing or communications role
  2. Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications, or business field
  3. B2B marketing experience preferred
  4. Experience in the following marketing software is desirable:
  • CMS – WordPress (or similar)
  • Email Marketing / Automation – Marketo (or similar)
  • Design – InDesign or Photoshop
  • Competent in writing and communication tasks
  • Proactive and intuitive approach to tasks
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Key Responsibilities
    Content:
    1. Provide copywriting, editing, and basic design assistance for brand collateral.
    2. Support with updating marketing collateral, flyers, case-studies, presentations, website, and SharePoint.
    3. Assist with the coordination and creation of internal and external communications.
    4. Assist with content creation and scheduling on social media platforms.
    5. Provide assistance with campaign activities.
    Digital Marketing Support:
    1. Support SEO efforts to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.
    2. Assist with admin and activities for the execution of marketing campaigns.
    Event Coordination:
    1. Participate in the planning, coordination, and promotion of events.
    2. Provide on-site support (where needed).
    3. Coordinate merchandise/activities for on-stand activities at tradeshows.
    Analytics and Reporting:
    1. Input data into a monthly reporting document related to marketing and communications activities, including website traffic, email performance, and social media metrics.
    2. Prepare a monthly PPT to summarise key findings, track progress against goals, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
    Other:
    1. Ensure accurate brand representation across all collateral.
    2. Monitor and develop CTM’s branded template suite.
    3. Provide general support and admin for the CTM EMEA Marketing team.
    Required of all CTM Positions

    7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    8. Basic math.
    9. Read and interpret information.
    10. Attention to detail.
    11. Regular and reliable attendance.
