Marketing Assistant

Remote-first (1 day/week in our London office – Tuesdays)

4-Day Work Week (Monday–Thursday)

Full-Time | Reports to Head of Marketing

The Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and digitally savvy Marketing Assistant to join our high-performing marketing team. You’ll play a hands-on role in building brand awareness across B2B enterprise tech markets, with a key focus on managing our LinkedIn Company Page and crafting compelling, insight-led content for Sales and Demand Gen audiences.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn & Social Media

  • Plan and post content to our LinkedIn Company Page.
  • Write posts showcasing client wins, team culture, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other teams to source content ideas.
  • Monitor and report on engagement, and experiment with content formats (e.g. carousels, polls, video).
  • Publish a monthly LinkedIn newsletter and run live-streamed LinkedIn events.

Content & Campaign Support

  • Write and edit content for blogs, pitch decks, newsletters, landing pages, and ads.
  • Design visual content using Canva (or brief in designs where needed).
  • Help manage photo/video shoots and maintain our YouTube and Vimeo libraries.

Marketing Operations

  • Support campaign delivery across email, social, and paid channels.
  • Track and report on performance using LinkedIn Analytics and Google Sheets.
  • Help prepare marketing collateral and outreach materials for Sales enablement.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years in a marketing support role (B2B or agency-side).
  • Strong writing/editing skills and an eye for detail.
  • Comfortable with Canva, Google Workspace, Trello, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn as a marketing/lead gen platform.
  • Passion for buyer journeys and content-led marketing.

Soft Skills

  • Proactive, organised, and detail-driven.
  • Collaborative communicator with a curious and coachable mindset.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys testing new formats and storytelling approaches.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with Sales or Demand Gen teams.
