Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop content for social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
• Write marketing copy and collaborate on graphics and videos.
• Create, schedule, and post social media content.
• Engage with followers and analyse performance metrics.
• Design and send email campaigns, segment lists, personalise messages, and track performance.
• Research market trends and present data to support strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns across channels.
• Measure marketing effectiveness using analytical tools and prepare KPI reports.
• Assist in handling inbound calls and respond to client needs via email.
