Job summary

Utility Aid is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to join the team and start a career in marketing with real project experience across digital channels, campaigns, events and customer communications.

You will gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Marketing Apprenticeship, delivered by The Juice Academy. Training covers branding, content creation, social media, SEO and analytics, with mentoring throughout.

Qualifications

• No prior marketing experience required.
• Minimum GCSE grade 4/C in Maths and English.
• Curious, creative and eager to learn.
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Confident written English and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Create content for social media, blogs, emails and our website.
• Support marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery.
• Assist with webinars, exhibitions and events.
• Create presentations, leaflets and other branded materials.
• Update website content and keep information accurate.
• Help prepare email campaigns and customer communications.
• Research industry topics, customer insights and market trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and help produce marketing reports.
• Maintain marketing assets and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business on projects.
