Job summary

Aldingbourne Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

This fixed-term 21-month apprenticeship combines college study with practical work: 1 day a week at college and 4 days in the office, helping plan, deliver, and evaluate marketing activities across social media, email, events, PR, and content creation.

Qualifications

• Creative, organised and enthusiastic.
• Keen interest in marketing, communications, and digital media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing activities that raise awareness of Aldingbourne Trust's work and impact.
• Gain experience across marketing channels including social media, email marketing, events, PR, and content creation.
• Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to contribute to campaigns engaging supporters, visitors, donors, partners and the wider community.
• Develop skills in research, digital marketing, communications and campaign analysis.
• Attend college 1 day a week to complete a Marketing apprenticeship.
