Job summary

The Carlton Academy is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to kickstart a marketing career while supporting school communications and events. You will help create promotional content, promote school events and campaigns, and showcase the school community to learners, staff and the wider public.

This role offers hands-on experience in content creation and event promotion within a school setting. This is a 2-year fixed-term apprenticeship, 37 hours per week, term time plus 1 week, with a National

Qualifications

• A creative, enthusiastic and organised individual with a passion for marketing and communications.
• Eager to learn new skills and help promote our school through engaging content, events and campaigns.
• Able to liaise with departments and non-teaching staff on marketing and media matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high quality promotional material such as the school prospectus and production programmes for the whole school.
• Produce materials in house to the required standard, including booklets, flyers etc.
• Advertise school events, e.g., new intake of sixth form, open evenings.
• Liaise with departments and non-teaching staff over matters relating to marketing and media and whole school issues.
