Job summary

The Carlton Academy is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to help create engaging content, promote school events, and showcase the school community. You will develop promotional materials and coordinate campaigns to support marketing and communications across the school.

Ideal candidates are creative, enthusiastic, and well-organised, keen to learn and contribute to marketing efforts within the Redhill Academy Trust.

• Develop and produce high quality promotional material (prospectus, production programmes).
• Produce in-house materials (booklets, flyers).

• Liaise with departments and non-teaching staff on marketing and media matters.

About you…

You will be a creative, enthusiastic and organised individual with a passion for marketing and communications, eager to learn new skills and help promote our school through engaging content, events and campaigns.

As a Marketing Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and produce high quality promotional material such as the school prospectus and production programmes for the whole school
• Produce materials in house to the required standard, including booklets, flyers etc
• To advertise school events. For example, new intake of sixth form, open evenings.
• Liaison with departments and non‑teaching staff over matters relating to marketing and media and whole school issues.
