We’re seeking a proactive individual to help convert interest into action by following up with leads, managing content, and maintaining brand visibility without relying on stereotypical pink branding.

The role

You will work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into customers and ensure our marketing efforts are timely and effective. This role combines sales support and content coordination, focusing on seizing opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with leads and ensure no opportunities are missed
• Create feedback loops to improve our products and services
• Maintain and update our CRM system
• Assist with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Post on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages as needed
• Transform founder talks and case studies into shareable content
• Improve organizational processes
