We are DAME, building a mission-led personal care business that makes award-winning, sustainable period products. Our products are supplied across the UK and Europe, including Holland & Barrett, Universities, and the NHS. Our work spans ecommerce, B2B sales, retail, and mission-driven initiatives.

We’re seeking someone to help convert interest into action by following up with leads, coordinating content, and maintaining our brand visibility. The role involves sales support, content creation, and ensuring opportunities are not missed.

Responsibilities include:

• Following up with leads
• Creating feedback loops for product and service improvement
• Maintaining our CRM
• Assisting with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Posting on social media platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Writing blogs or updating web pages
• Transforming founder talks or case studies into shareable content
• Organizing and streamlining processes

Ideal candidate qualities:

• Independent mindset and willingness to learn from mistakes
• Clear, human tone in writing
• Organized with good follow-up skills
• Experience with Google Drive, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Suite
