Taylor & Francis Group have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join the Marketing Analytics team. Taylor & Francis are looking for an individual who has a real curiosity about patterns in data and a passion for turning those patterns into actionable commercial information.
This role would suit someone who is highly numerate with exceptional analytics skills, alongside the ability to communicate their insight to the wider business and make commercial recommendations. You'll be kept busy managing some of your own projects as well as supporting the rest of the team in ensuring that the Marketing department have the analytics and insights required to actively support their budget, targets and strategy planning.

In addition, you'll be responsible for sourcing and integrating data for accurate reporting, collaborating with Technology and other analytics teams to define marketing reporting requirements and maintain data quality. You will also provide line management for junior team members, offering mentorship and support to help them thrive.
