We are expanding rapidly and are looking to recruit a Marketing & Administrative Executive to join our remote team in Sri Lanka.
Role Overview
This is a sales-driven, client & consumer-facing role combining marketing, lead generation, client coordination, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will represent WIE LTD professionally and act with an ownership mindset when engaging with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Sales
- Identify potential business clients and end users across geographical areas
- Generate and manage leads through email, social media, telephone, and online platforms
- Conduct outreach and convert leads into paying clients
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and social media content writing
- Promote WIE LTD services confidently across multiple channels
2. Client Management
- Communicate with new and existing clients professionally
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients
- Coordinate and attend IT-related client meetings
- Deliver product and service training to business clients and end users
- Handle incoming phone calls and client enquiries
- Manage and resolve client complaints calmly and effectively
3. Administration
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and communications
- Update internal systems and applications regularly
- Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Support internal teams with coordination and documentation
Working Hours
- UK Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (30 min paid + 60 min unpaid)
- 40 hours per week
- Excluding UK Bank Holidays
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: LKR 75,000
- Commission: Up to LKR 325,000 per month (performance-based)
- Annual Leave: 28 days (inclusive of UK Bank Holidays)
- Contract Commitment: 12-month Fixed Term (Preferred for longer period)
- International Exposure: Potential to visit UK to meet the clients
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a marketing or sales-related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and Sinhala (additional languages are a bonus)
- Strong sales-driven and target-focused mindset
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Good team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to think and act in the best interest of the employer
- Marketing-related qualification or degree is an advantage
- Experience or qualifications in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an advantage
- IT coordination skills are an added advantage

Interview Process
Shortlisting
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email, followed by a phone call to confirm the first interview
- If you do not hear from us within 6 weeks of applying, please assume your application was unsuccessful
- Your application details will be held on record for a period of 6 months and securely discarded thereafter
1st Interview
- Duration: Up to 45 minutes
- Focus: Skills, experience, education, and personal strengths
- Successful candidates will be invited to the second interview
2nd Interview
- Duration: Up to 45 minutes
- Scenario-based assessment:
- Marketing a product to a client
- Handling a client complaint professionally
