Morrisons Market Street is seeking a skilled Florist to design, craft and stock vibrant flower displays. You will work with hand-tied bouquets and custom arrangements, delivering friendly, expert service to customers and colleagues.

Qualified or experienced florists are welcome, with a focus on quality standards and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced store environment.

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience as floristry qualification.
• Quality standards and great service are essential in this role.
• Strong passion for floristry and customer care.

Our flower displays are a vibrant part of what makes Market Street special. From hand-tied bouquets to custom arrangements, our Florists use expert knowledge and creative skill to craft high-quality products that help our local shoppers celebrate life's moments.

You'll design beautiful arrangements, keep displays fully stocked, and share your passion for floristry with customers and colleagues alike.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:

• Put customers first: Deliver friendly, expert service, taking orders with confidence and providing specialist advice on flower care and arrangement styles.
• Craft quality products: Use your creative floristry skills to prepare hand ties and value-added floral arrangements to company standards.
• Maintain vibrant department standards: Keep flower displays fresh, attractive, and well-stocked throughout the trading day, monitoring stock rotation to minimise waste.
• Coach colleagues and drive performance: Share your floristry techniques to develop skills within the store team, while maintaining health, safety, and due diligence standards.

• Loves helping people: Warm, approachable, and eager to build relationships with shoppers while resolving their queries with confidence.
• Works well as part of the team: Enjoys coaching colleagues, sharing knowledge, and taking a practical approach to keeping the department safe, tidy, and legal.
