Face to Face Social Market Research Interviewer – Mobile, with travel up to 30 miles
Have you ever wondered where statistics like “36% of Britons think the government should reduce income tax” come from?
As a Social Market Research Interviewer, you will interview members of the public, mostly in their homes, using provided devices to gather opinions on various subjects. Your work supports improving public services, shaping policies, and influencing public policy across the UK.
We recruit throughout the UK. If you are over 18, personable, confident, have a vehicle and a valid UK driving license, and want to earn money while impacting public policy, this is for you!
Pay rates: £15.12/hour outside London, £18.15/hour in London, plus bonuses, travel expenses, and opportunities for increased earnings with experience.
You will speak to a variety of people daily, building rapport and encouraging participation. Some assignments are local; others require travel up to 30 miles or more. Comprehensive fully-paid training is provided, with ongoing support.
This flexible role requires a commitment of at least 16-20 hours per week, mainly in afternoons, evenings, and weekends, as research is more successful during these times. You will knock on doors, secure participation, and may offer incentives.
Travel is often required, and access to a car is usually necessary, especially in London where alternative options are available.
