Job summary

ICE seeks a Market Data and Repository Analyst to join a team handling client support, operations, and regulatory compliance. You will interact with global clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and regulatory alignment.

You will audit data flows, advise on entitlement controls, and collaborate with product, development and compliance to improve processes and client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing work.
• Experience using CRM systems, ticketing tools and dashboards.
• Analytical thinking with ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of market data licensing and governance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Agile teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Onboarding, entitlement and ongoing support for clients using our services.
• Maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and feedback loops.
• Monitor and manage daily operational workflows to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate with product, development and compliance to improve processes and client experience.
• Assist in audit reviews of ICE customers, including data flows and entitlement controls.
• Consult with clients on audit controls and compliance requirements.
• Support the audit process from notification to resolution of issues.
