Job summary

ICE seeks a Market Data and Repository Analyst to join a team handling client support, operations, and regulatory compliance. You will interact with global clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and regulatory alignment.

You will audit data flows, advise on entitlement controls, and collaborate with product, development and compliance to improve processes and client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing work.
• Experience using CRM systems, ticketing tools and dashboards.
• Analytical thinking with ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of market data licensing and governance.

Responsibilities

• Client Support
  • Work with a wide range of global clients as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Facilitate the onboarding, entitlement, ongoing support and/or termination processes for clients using our services/products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and feedback loops.
• Operations Support
  • Monitor and manage daily operational workflows to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, dev, compliance) to improve processes and client experience.
• Market Data Compliance & Audit
  • Assist in audit reviews of ICE customers, including analysis of technical data flows and entitlement controls.
  • Consult with clients (hedge funds, investment banks, proprietary traders, redistributors) on audit controls and compliance requirements.
  • Support the audit process from notification and analysis through to resolution of any issues.

Knowledge And Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
