Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited in London is seeking a capable analyst to join the Pricing & Reference Data team. You will support international Tier 1 banks, funds and insurers, handling inquiries on market data, pricing, methodology and product issues while maintaining clear communication with clients.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Basic knowledge of the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Support international Tier 1 banks, mutual and pension funds, hedge funds and insurers
• Research and respond to client queries via email and phone in a professional manner
• Assist clients across reference data, pricing, analytics and methodology questions
• Analyze valuation disputes and troubleshoot technical issues
• Use multiple tools and systems to conduct analysis
• Problem solving and troubleshooting
• Interact daily with data, evaluation teams, product support, operations, IT, account managers & product managers
• Identify trends to address with the client or internally to improve client experience and workflow
• Communicate with colleagues to maximize efficiencies
• Tracking client questions and issues
