Job summary

Splendid Hospitality in the Midlands seeks a Market Coach to drive performance of our quick service restaurants. You’ll lead through others, coaching Area Coaches, and ensure guest satisfaction and people development across your market.

In this senior role you’ll own the financial, operational and people outcomes, translate QSR strategy into action, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with the QSR leadership team and restaurant managers to embed our values and priorities.

Imagine shaping the success of our QSR business across the Midlands…As Market Coach, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the performance of our quick service restaurants across the Midlands. You’ll lead through others, coach and develop Area Coaches, and make sure our restaurants consistently deliver an exceptional experience for our guests and our people.

This is a senior operational leadership role where you’ll have full accountability for the financial, operational and people performance of your market. You’ll turn our QSR strategy into action, identify opportunities for growth and build the capability needed to deliver long-term success.

Working closely with our QSR leadership team and restaurant teams, you’ll be an ambassador for our QSR division, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring our values and strategic priorities come to life across the market.
