Job summary

Veson Nautical is seeking a Software Support Analyst in London to provide technical support for our leading maritime shipping software. You will research, troubleshoot, and document issues, and collaborate with consulting and project management to deliver client engagements.

You will identify opportunities for existing customers and contribute to knowledge base content, communicating effectively with clients at all levels.

Qualifications

1+ year in-house software application support, ideally ERP/finance
Maritime industry studies at BSc/MSc level
Maritime operations experience

Responsibilities

Become subject matter expert on maritime industry and Veson software
Handle support inquiries from creation to resolution timely and with quality
Collaborate independently and in teams to diagnose technical issues
Navigate JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Software, and Slack
Proactively address customer concerns and meet needs
Escalate priority issues with Product/Development/Infrastructure
Document solutions and customer information for knowledge base
Maintain relationships with end users and business partners
Communicate status of initiatives to management in writing and verbally
