Job summary

Raymarine, a global leader in marine electronics, seeks a Product Support Specialist to join our UK Fareham team. Travel is required; a passion for sailing helps understand our customers and environments where our products are used.

Based in Fareham, you will bridge engineering, development and sales, ensuring clear communication and high-quality support for customers worldwide, empowering mariners with innovative Raymarine technology.

Qualifications

Prefers practical sailing or boating exposure with technical training experience.
Essential: clear verbal and written English, strong PC and telephony skills (Microsoft 365, AnyDesk).
Technical troubleshooting with electrical/electronic repair, DC power systems, Ethernet networking.

Responsibilities

Handle telephone enquiries and provide support for Raymarine/Thermal Maritime products.
Manage CRM and emails, support team, assist with returns and re-pairs when applicable.
Conduct in-field service visits and full technical triage; attend boat shows as required.
Support engineering teams and contribute to product improvements through feedback.
Mentor teammates and deliver technical training for customers.
Undertake other duties as assigned.
