Job summary

Veson Nautical, a leading maritime software provider, seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Solutions Consultant to shape and articulate tailored pre‑sales solutions for enterprise SaaS across our multi‑product portfolio. You will lead demonstrations, run complex evaluations, and craft statements of work that align with customer needs and Veson capabilities.

You will partner with Sales, Services and Product teams, own regional demos including sandbox environments, and mentor junior colleagues

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pre‑sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments supporting a multi‑product portfolio.
• Experience engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders across the full sales cycle.
• Comfortable with AI tools, particularly Claude.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial applications (MS Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn, demo platforms).
• Technical aptitude for APIs, cloud architecture, and system integrations.
• Fast learner who independently absorbs new product and industry knowledge.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a passion for educating clients and teammates.
• Highly coachable, detail‑oriented, and effective under pressure.
• Collaborative by nature with a creative, solutions‑first approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver deep‑dive product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospect business objectives and technical requirements
• Lead technical evaluations including POCs, RFPs, and complex solution design across multiple product combinations
• Develop initial SOWs and Professional Services estimates, validating Veson's deployment capability against customer needs
• Act as liaison between sales and broader Veson organization for specialized technical assistance
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Product teams to articulate Veson's value proposition, vision, and strategy
• Build credibility with prospects and clients through demonstrated expertise in both business value and technical implementation
