Job summary

TKMS ATLAS UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of In-Service Support and CLS projects within our Services Division, reporting to the Head of Delivery. You will coordinate across Programme Leads, Operations and Waterfront teams to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget outcomes across UK and international programmes.

This role combines technical oversight with stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to enhance customer service and long-term support capability.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within a services, support or technical environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead diverse teams, suppliers and project contributors towards shared objectives.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Confidence engaging with customers and senior stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery within a business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple In-Service Support and CLS projects.
• Monitor project performance against cost, schedule and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Create, maintain and execute project Risk Management Plans.
• Ensure effective management of risks, opportunities, security requirements and quality controls.
• Produce regular project reporting and escalate issues to senior management.
• Coordinate project stakeholders and maintain clear communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Services Division.
• Undertake occasional travel within the UK and internationally.
