Job summary

Ebury London is seeking a Client Solution & Product Manager to grow our Maritime FX partnerships. You will discover treasury needs, define product strategy, and drive cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Data, Sales and Risk.

This role focuses on FX, derivatives, and cash management within shipping and cross-border finance. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to sculpt requirements and a clear product roadmap, while staying ahead of market trends and regulatory

Qualifications

• Domain understanding of treasury and FX products.
• Experience with treasury products such as FX derivatives and cash management.
• Background in shipping or cross-border financial services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and uncover treasury problems in the shipping space.
• Solve problems through technology, analytics, product and operations.
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing.
• Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, cash management.
• Define requirements, epics and user stories with clients and prospects to shape outcomes.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to inform pricing and roadmap.
