Berthon is seeking an experienced Service Manager to organise and oversee service, maintenance and production of small craft and outboards at our Lymington base. You will lead a team, coordinate bookings, and ensure safe, profitable delivery of services.

A marine technical background and strong management skills are essential. Experience in customer-facing roles and proficiency with MS Office and ERP software are required.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers by phone, email and in person.
• Promote and sell our range of services.
• Schedule service, repair, maintenance and production.
• Estimate, invoice and keep service records.
• Maintain high customer relationship standards.
• Lead and manage department staff.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
• Serve as the point of contact for warranty and aftersales.
• Source job and production materials.
• Support other departments and training.
