Job summary

Marine Resources Limited in Gosport is seeking a hands-on Marine Engineer to service prestige yachts and motorboats up to 40m. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, diagnose faults, and contribute to refits in a busy marine service environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong marine engineering background, practical experience with yacht systems, good diagnostic skills, and clear communication to work with clients and suppliers onsite in Gosport/Swanwick.

Qualifications

• Experience with leisure yachts/motorboats
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical systems experience
• Certifications in marine engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on yachts and motorboats
• Diagnose and repair engines, systems and onboard equipment
• Assist with refits, upgrades and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with other engineers, shipwrights and the team to deliver high-quality service
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly
