Job summary

Sizewell C Company, via the Civil Works Alliance, seeks a Marine HSW Advisor to support the Sizewell C project, a 3.2 GW build delivering low‑carbon electricity for decades. You will monitor HSW input from design to implementation, ensuring governance, compliance and investigations on marine and tunnelling works near Lowestoft.

You will deliver inductions, risk assessments and HSE coaching, produce concise reports, and promote a proactive safety culture across projects and contractors,

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide HSW input from design through to implementation.
• Support governance, compliance and legal obligations across marine/tunnelling works.
• Undertake planned inspections and pre-work site inspections.
• Prepare written reports following site visits and investigations.
• Deliver H&S coaching and mentoring to core and project teams.
• Share lessons learned across projects and business streams.
